IRCC Event Registration: ICSEST-2026 is registered with Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) and has a Special Event Code for use in the online visa application process. After registration and participant verification, registered participants may receive visa application support documents, including an official conference visa invitation letter.

ICSEST-2026 is an international, peer-reviewed conference bringing together researchers, industry professionals, policymakers, and students working on sustainable energy systems, smart technologies, and interdisciplinary innovation.

Visa Application Support Package (for International Participants)

Invitation and visa support services are provided after successful registration payment and verification. The support package includes:

•  Official conference invitation letter
•  IRCC-registered event information and IRCC Special Event Code
•  Official invoice and payment receipt
•  Abstract / paper acceptance certificate (for authors, if applicable)
•  Organizer credentials (REPA LLC registration reference)
•  Conference flyer / Call for Papers (PDF)
•  Online invitation letter verification reference

Note: Visa issuance is subject to the decision of the relevant authorities. The conference does not guarantee visa approval.

Registration Terms & Conditions

•  Registration covers conference participation only (travel, accommodation, and meals are not included)
•  Each accepted abstract or paper requires one full registration by the presenting author
•  Co-authors attending the conference must register separately
•  Student registrations require valid proof of enrollment
•  All registration fees are non-refundable after payment confirmation
•  Registration type and attendance mode cannot be changed after confirmation
